The Menu du Marché is a 3-course menu for € 36 available when ordering between 6 and 7:30pm, Tuesday through Friday.
Inspired by seasonal offerings and the culinary passion and whims of Chef Bonsens, this menu changes daily.
A sample menu consists of a first course of salad of roasted bell peppers, arugula, pine nuts, fried capers and a poached egg followed by a main course of baked turbotine farci with fish mousse and a an oyster alongside herbed wild rice and spinach quickly cooked in brown butter with garlic. The dessert course might consist of figs baked with honey and orange jus and served with a homemade vanilla bean ice-cream.
